Tomorrow Is The Day
Tomorrow is the day
So long anticipated
And the next one will be past
That one for which we've waited.
The planning will be through
The bustling be done
At last two lives and families
Will be combined in one.
At the picture's beauty
There may be glistening eyes
As the witnesses approve
Of the joining of these lives.
As they leave the service
There will be on every face
A joyful smile, just thinking
Of God's astounding grace.
The waiting will be over
The two will now be free
To serve the Lord together
Unreservedly.
Yes, tomorrow is the day
That life begins anew,
That fulfills the prayers of many
And the dreams of two.
